I think it is influenced by Dioavita, which I drank earlier, but it is a firm and full-bodied sake.
It has the beautiful sweetness and umami typical of Yamada Nishiki, just as Mimuro Sugi's impression of careful sake making.
Compared to the Dioavita we drank together, I think the Dioavita is more gentle and has a more robust feel.
