The day before yesterday, I had a bottle of Chiyozonoen's Shuubai at a sushi restaurant in Ueki-cho, Kumamoto City, and the Shuubai's ginjo sake is called Tsubasa (often).
This sake is brewed with Kumamoto's original sake rice called "Hananishiki".
It was very easy to drink and delicious.
