This is Imanishi of the Imanishi Sake Brewery, famous for its Mimuro Cedar. I bought it because it had a red label, which is rare. It has a banana smell right after opening the bottle, and has a thick flavor with a bit of sourness. The smell seems to be different for different tastes, but I prefer the black label with the ginjo aroma.
