Kaygetsu Gin-no-Mumu Junmai Ginjo-shu 55
This junmai ginjo-shu is said to be made from "Gin-no-Yume" sake rice produced in the Reinokita region of Kochi Prefecture, polished to 55% and carefully brewed in a blessed natural environment.
It has a fruity aroma of red apples,
After that, you can taste the umami of the rice.
Then, it finishes well.
It is a perfect sake!
