Garyubai Junmai Daiginjo
The gorgeous, fruity aroma of a daiginjo-style sake hits you hard.
In the mouth, it has a crisp sharpness, and the alcohol that accompanies it is pleasantly fluffy as it passes from the mouth into the esophagus.
The aftertaste, however, is gentle and leaves nothing behind like water.
It is best drunk at the beginning of a meal with appetizers. Very tasty.
