It has a low alcohol content and is crisp and fruity.
It has a white wine-like quality.
It was sold at room temperature, so I drank it as is, but I think it would be better if it were chilled to accentuate the acidity and sharpness.
It is very light and soft on the palate, but personally, I would like to see a little more depth from the rice.
