I drank it for the first time! Delicious!
This is an after-dinner - dessert sake in my opinion. (I couldn't find a meal that went well with the snowball, and it didn't go well with hormone nabe... lol) LOL)
Impression of drinking it only with Uwazumi
Fruity, sweet and sour, lactic acidity,
Matching snacks
◎Brown sugar walnut→Rounding out the acidity and swelling the flavor.
◎Cream cheese and honey→The fruity taste comes forward.
Figs: The fruity aroma of the sake is linked to the figs and quietly accompanies them.
What is your impression after mixing with nigori?
The acidity and rice flavor increase. It is a little too rich and bitter for me.
I liked the clean fruity feeling of Uwazumi 🥰 I will try mixing a little more "ori" with it.
