HAMA BAR①
We went to the sake bar at Hizenhama Station in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture.
Ordered a set of 5 kinds of autumn sake to compare.
The first drink was the Autumn Sake from the Koisuru Series, a seasonal product of Amabuki.
I had tried Amabuki before and enjoyed it, but this was my first time drinking their autumn sake. It was brewed during the coldest part of the year and spent half a year in the brewery.
The aroma is pear-like, the rice flavor is strong, and the refreshing acidity makes it easy to drink and delicious.
