I was in a hurry to drink it a month after opening the bottle, but thanks to the chilled storage, there was no major change in taste😅. Tonight, I served it with cold fried eggplant & soaked komatsuna (Japanese komatsuna) 🍶. The myoga topping on the eggplant reminds me of summer and goes perfectly with the cold sake 😉.
