Junmai Daiginjo Nakasu Fukuoka Limited
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Is it a limited edition purchased at Hakata Hankyu?
I bought the same bottle about 5 years ago, and it was so good that I repeated it.
I didn't know that "Nakasu" is pronounced "Nakazu", not "Nakasu" 😅.
I had it with cold sake.
The top aroma has a slight alkali aroma.
The texture is smooth on the tongue, and it goes down the throat with a clear and clean feeling without any sweetness or spiciness.
The aroma when it passes through the nose has a strong alcoholic aroma.
After swallowing, the umami and acidity of the rice comes out, and at the end, there is a slight tingling sensation and a sake-like feeling.
Surprisingly clean and dry even for a junmai daiginjo.
It was a little different from the impression I had before...
I thought it was sweeter.
