It is a junmai ginjo-shu made from Miyamanishiki with a milling ratio of 55%.
It was a limited version for the summer of 2021.
It is a very fruity and fragrant sake, so fragrant that the aroma lingers for a while after you finish drinking it.
This was my first time drinking Tenju Shuzo's sake, and I would like to buy it again.
