We had a bottle of #Wakamusume Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake from #Shintani Shuzo in Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
I found this sake manufactured in December 2015 at a certain liquor store and picked it up without hesitation. It definitely has a matured taste. The caramel-like sweetness and moderate acidity made me feel like I was smelling something.
