New sake, cloudy.
It's new sake, it's muddled, and it's got specs that I'm not supposed to like.
But it wasn't my weakness.
Anyway, it took a long time to open the bottle.
But I like the feeling of gas that sticks under the nigori part.
It's so gassy, and it's new sake.
I wonder why it doesn't have that bitter taste.
It's easy to drink, and there's a hint of bitterness.
I didn't notice it at all.
The flavor is explosive!
I like it even more that it's not too sweet.
