Gassy, fruity, champagne...is this really sake?
That was my impression at the first time.
It was so good that I had to repeat it!
I went around and emptied more than 10 kinds of sake, and I wondered what the second taste was.
That's what I thought.
It's still great! Delicious! Anytime I drink it, I'm truly impressed! Is it carbonated? It's so gassy and fruity you'd think it was carbonated!
The bitterness cuts through it so it's not overpowering!
I can't tell you how many times I've had it and it's still really good and top notch value for money!
(However, if you think of it as a food wine, it is a little difficult to match it with food, so I recommend drinking it before or after dinner)
Personally, I was impressed with the flavor when I paired it with vanilla ice cream after dinner ( ¨¨).
