The aroma is mild and light lactic acidity. In the mouth, there is a sense of gaseousness and a somewhat grapefruit-like acidity. There is a slight sweetness, but it is surprisingly dry. In the second half, a slight bitterness appears, again like grapefruit.
I thought it would be a sweet sake since it was blended with Yamahai kijo sake, but the refreshing gasiness and acidity betrayed it in a good way.
