There was a lot of spring sake out, so I bought some.
The label says that it has a spring-like sweetness and a slight astringency, and when I tried it, I was right.
It is not a strong sweetness, but a sweetness that makes you feel spring, and after the sweetness recedes, the balance of modest astringency is pleasant and delicious.
The high cost of 1150 yen (I think?) for this taste is definitely appreciated. It is a good sake with a sense of satisfaction.
