bouken
There was a zero that was shipped in very small quantities, but it was a bottle with a hole, so I bought this one. It is juicy and has a strong sweetness. Tropical fruit feeling. It is easy to drink and has no peculiarity among the mizutamoto (traditional sake). The label is said to be from over 40 years ago, which was lying in the warehouse. It has a yogurt or lactobacillus-like taste as if it were a water mash.
The shop where I bought it doesn't show up, so I registered it at the gift shop attached.

I thought Tamakae had a dry taste, but it's so sweet when it's a mizuhashou.

It's delicious as is, but if you drink it with soda, it's like a cocktail.
