The first Toyo Bijin. It is a slightly fruity sake with a calm flavor, a refreshing feeling, and a gentle, moderate sweetness, all of which are typical of Yamaguchi. It has a satisfying taste, yet it is not dull at all, so you will never get tired of drinking it.
I drank it at a camp where the temperature was almost zero, which is why I gave the above impression, but next time I would like to drink it at home or at a restaurant.
