I liked the first bottle better.
From the moment I opened it, even after letting it sit for two days, it seemed to be consistently dry.
I can feel the sweetness, the flavor, and the acidity, but for some reason, I couldn't get into it.
I can feel the atmosphere of well-balanced flavors mixed in the mouthfeel, but I personally didn't get into this sake.
I'm looking forward to the next Futaba.
