This sake has a taste that conveys the fact that it was made by a young man. From the moment it enters the mouth, the sweetness and acidity are felt straight away, and it is a unique sake that is hard to find elsewhere. However, there is room for improvement in the fact that it does not have a lingering aftertaste. Personally, I thought it would be better if it had more sharpness.
