This is Sei's new sake, Junmai Daiginjo.
It is made from Gohyakumangoku, and is said to have been cut down to 35%.
The aroma is fruity and there is some foam.
The sweetness and acidity are restrained and clean.
The bitterness is subtle and sharp.
This is the type of beer that you can't stop drinking.
The price for a bottle is 3300 yen without tax, so it's quite reasonable.
And it's delicious!
