I enjoyed the Hachitan I drank the other day, so I bought some Yuyamanishiki as well. I bought it together with Kamikai, which was very hard to open.
It is gassy and has a strong acidity. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy. It is delicious, but I think I prefer Hachitan.
The liquor store owner said Shinomine is good at using Yuyamanishiki.
