Harushika's sake, which is mainly dry, is a limited edition sake in the prefecture (or was it?). The color is pale and a bit intimidating, and it's certainly robust.
The light color makes it a bit intimidating, and it is certainly robust, but it doesn't interfere with the meal.
It is not a good match for red shrimp sashimi or ribs, but it goes quite well with garland chrysanthemum with chirimen sansho (Japanese pepper paste). But it goes even better with chicken sashimi served with garlic sauce...! Appearances are deceiving, aren't they? What a surprise!
