りおう
Kanagawa's local sake. Soga no Homare Ginjo. Umeshu (plum wine) is more famous as a souvenir, but I was looking for this sake because I found it delicious when I drank it at a pot hut in a red brick warehouse. Almost colorless, it is an easy-to-drink sake with the sweetness of a ginjo-shu but with a clean aftertaste. The sake rice is Omachi.
