I had always wanted to try Oumine.
When I found a cup of sake that is only served twice a year at a restaurant, I bought it without hesitation.
The aroma was mild and fruity.
The palate has a fruity sweetness and moderate acidity, with a nice bitter accent and a refreshing aftertaste.
It made me want to try the other wines as well, and I ran out of them very quickly.
