Hanamura純米酒 陸羽田
はるとそら
The long-awaited Hanamup, which I have been wanting to drink for a long time. Expectations were high as the sake was supervised by the president of Jyushiyo.
Since it is not a ginjo-shu, the aroma is mild.
When the glass is swirled, the aroma is gorgeous.
The moment you put it in your mouth, a peachy, lychee-like sweetness spreads, and you do not feel the bitterness characteristic of nama-shu.
As the day goes by, the sweetness increases. However, the aftertaste is crisp and not too sweet.
As expected of a sake that becomes difficult to obtain, it is delicious.
