たろけん
Today, we opened a bottle of this sake.
Since it was named "Classic," I thought it would be a sake with a strong old-fashioned sake flavor, but as the description says, it was more of a modern sake.
The impression I had was that it was a very easy-drinking sake, with a low acidity characteristic of Sengoku, a slight bubbly taste and a slight sweetness, yet it was dry and crisp. I was very satisfied with this sake because it tasted better than I expected.
