There is a gaseous feeling (about the same as a drink labeled slightly carbonated).
I thought I was careful to open the bottle, but it was just a little bit gassy.
At first, when drinking only the supernatant, the sourness and alcohol taste stood out, but when mixing it with the cork, it was very milky (silky?) and sweet and sour like a lactobacillus drink. It was very milky (silky?) and had a lactobacillus-type sweetness and sourness, with a slight astringency at the end.
It was less sweet than I expected, and the aftertaste was relatively refreshing.
Easy to drink
After a few days, it starts to feel a little alcoholic.
