I feel Senkou in the back of Moromi.
It may be because it has been a while since the bottle was opened.
It is not too sweet and not too heavy thanks to the strong acidity. It also has a slight yogurt taste.
There is also a sweetness and flavor reminiscent of apples in the depths of the rice flavor.
