Hana Yuu" is a sake developed by Ryoseki Brewery, a long-established sake brewery in Akita Prefecture, under the guidance of Kenso Takagi, president of Takagi Brewery, which brews the famous Yamagata sake "Jyushidai.
The sake has a flavor as beautiful as a flower, and the idea was to create a sake that would build harmony among people.
