This is a co-production with Shinzawa Brewery in Kawasaki-cho, Miyagi Prefecture! (Sorry, I can't enter more than one brewery.) Junmai Ginjo and Junmai, a storybook blend of sake from an earthquake. Maimai! Slightly milder than Shirakiku alone, it is easy to drink while still being dry. It is a versatile sake that can be drunk alone with fried horse mackerel or with any dish. It was a happy cup of sake made in Wajima and Miyagi. Thank you. @Moto-san
