I went to a local liquor store today to buy this sake. I like mellow sake, but today was the first time in a while that I bought a dry sake. It is a sake from Saitama, using hard limestone water and 50% polished rice from Saitama's Sai-no-Kagayaki... This sake is completely new to my repertoire. It was served cold.

First of all, the aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, the spiciness is felt vertically in your mouth. After a while, the spiciness spreads horizontally. I feel something in the spiciness, but I can't find a word to describe it.
Maybe it is because I use hard water, but this is the first time I have had this sensation. Does anyone else like Teisho? Please tell me how to describe it 🙇🏻🍶
