Mimuro Sugi" has been brewing sake in Miwa, Nara for over 360 years. The brewery uses 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice and water from the well in the brewery that flows underground from the sacred Mt.
The brewery brewed this sake with the idea of "making sake that can be enjoyed without being overbearing. It can be enjoyed in a variety of situations, both Japanese and Western.
