すきやきA shuwashui sensation that is typical of nama-shu.
It is not spicy, but the bitterness bothers me a little.
It may be a sweet and bitter type of sake.
I will try it again tomorrow.
I didn't like it on the first day. I don't like it on the first day... It tastes good when it goes from chilly to room temperature.
Maybe it's because it's been around for a while (lol).
