かっぷくIt was also served at a restaurant in Shinbashi. I wondered if my palate could tell the difference between the junmai ginjo and the special junmai that I drank earlier. I tried to compare them, but I could tell the difference. Both are fruity, but the Junmai Ginjo has a stronger sweetness. The special junmai was lighter and had a crisp finish.
Both are delicious, but I prefer the richer Junmai-Ginjo!
