maru
I went to Nara and bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori!
I kept it chilled because it was a draft sake,
I enjoyed the change in temperature.
The taste right out of the fridge,
Fresh and slightly carbonated,
It tastes fresh, slightly carbonated, and light.
After a while, as the temperature rises, it becomes full-bodied and sweet.
But it is not too bitter, so it may be a sake that kills sake drinkers.
The smaller the rice polishing ratio, the more valuable the sake is.
In the atmosphere of sake evaluation, this sake, which was made with 80% rice polishing ratio, is quite amazing.
I think this sake is quite impressive.
