The other day, I had a bottle of Ona Junmai-shu at a Japanese restaurant after a long time, and I reconfirmed that it is a good sake for eating. I was so impressed by it that I bought Nigori-shu.
It has a little more oriental flavor, a little less sweetness, a little more umami, a little less acidity, and is easy to drink. It is easy to drink without any peculiarity. The special feature is the sharpness, the aftertaste disappears into the back of the bottle, but the way it disappears is different from Kido.
It can be drunk alone, but it is definitely better to have it with other drinks.
