Ottersai is often served as an aperitif. Unlike the Kubota Tororo, which was used as an aperitif, this sake has a clear, silky texture and fruity aroma that makes sense for it to be used as an aperitif, and it is a sake that plays a supporting role without being too strong or assertive. The aroma is also very nice. I would drink it all at once. Be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️
