I had the impression that this brand had a strong sweetness, but I thought this Zebra had the characteristics of sake rice and was easy to drink as a food sake. I thought it would be better if it was a little richer to make me feel that I had bought a bottle of Eikoufuji.
The dinner was sweet braised pork cubes and black sea bream, so this clean and refreshing flavor matched perfectly 🦓.
