One of the sakes I bought for the three-day weekend was Senkori Senkohanabi. I chose it in anticipation that it would go well with all kinds of Japanese and Western home cooking, and I hit the jackpot 🎯.
It has a light touch, but with a light fruity flavor like lemongrass or lychee, light acidity, sweetness, and a slight bitterness, it is very well-balanced and easy to pair 😊.
The first day's main course was "grilled chicken wings with pakuchi and fish sauce" and the second day's main course was "grilled salted mackerel with garlic olive oil".
I appreciate that it is so easy to match with home cooking. Ahh it was delicious ❗️ Thanks for the food 😋.
