Right side. The sweetness of the rice is accompanied by a gorgeous fruity aroma, and the flavor condenses as it goes down the throat, creating a rich sweetness. I paired it with a sashimi set meal, but the sake was so assertive that the sashimi became like an entrée. That was also good.
