Kameji Kokaichi, made from 100% Kame-no-o, a fantastic rice
It has been a long time since I drank it.
The ginjo aroma does not interfere with the food.
However, that does not mean that it is not fragrant, but it complements the food!
What is it? I don't remember Kameji Kokaichi being such a good sake...

I was thinking about how good Kameji Kohitsu sake is... as I was eating my small dish and thinking about the Koikawa Brewery's ability to make such a good sake.
