Brewed with sake rice produced in Akita Prefecture using the No. 6 yeast in the pure rice-nama yeast brewing process.
Our brewery is committed to the pure sake brewing process using only the best ingredients. We do not use any of the following additives that are not required to be labeled even if they are used: acids (such as brewing lactic acid), inorganic salts (such as potassium nitrate), or enzymes (such as amylase).
