This sake has a tremendous background: it was brewed by the Shirai Sake Brewery of "The Wind Blows" with yeast that has traveled through space. It is interesting, though I feel that we are entering a realm that I no longer understand!
My wife bought this one at the event.
The taste is a good balance of gorgeousness and dryness, and I like it~(tearful). As expected from the Shirai Brewery!
