The third installment of the Shurei Muho series
Brilliant, gentle, full-bodied, refreshing. The brewery has a variety of sakes with different flavors, some of which are considered off-flavors. We have assembled these individual flavors rather than "homogenizing" them through blending.
The Honsha brewery (traditional) and the Goshono brewery (modern) have a variety of sakes with different flavors. While the traditional Rokugo-yeast sake is the core of the product, the blender has created a Junmai-shu that has a three-dimensionality and harmony with multiple flavors, which cannot be achieved with a single sake.
