We ordered this sake at Steak Ohtsuka because it was introduced as a sake that goes well with marbled meat.
It went well with the roast beef I ordered before that, not to mention the steak I got after that! The spiciness of the wasabi and the flavor of the meat were not disturbed by the deliciousness of the rice. I am so happy.
