Junmai was issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Sapporo City in 2022. The bottle is colored red, but the sake color is normally clear. 100% Hokkaido Ginpu is used.
It has a thick and sweet taste with a surprisingly crisp aftertaste. It is also a perfect accompaniment to strong-flavored foods such as pickled radish and cucumber with miso.
