Fukuumiレイホウ 活性うすにごり

I had been eyeing a bottle of Reihou Nigori because I enjoyed it so much the last time I drank it, and when I got the information that today was the day it would be in stock, I immediately purchased it 😊.
The top aroma was like white peaches, with a strong but not too assertive gasiness and a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with a slight hint of koji.
I tried drinking it after mixing the lees, and although the umami flavor increased a little, it did not feel so heavy because of the gasiness 👌.
It was richer than Reihou's nigori, with a slight bitterness at the end and it seemed to disappear easily 🍶.
I personally love the light nigori with a little bitterness, so it was a dangerous sake that I drank so much of it that I drank the whole bottle in one night 😊.
