I haven't had pure Dai since when...
Lately I've been shifting to less abrasive liquors.
This is my third sake from Asamai.
The last two were all mega hits!

The aroma is modest (you can feel it in the first sip!). The aroma is moderate (you can feel it in the first sip!).
Clear and sharp! It can be said that there is a sense of ←alcohol.
I knew it was good...
