At Omura Bar, a long-established izakaya in Shizuoka. Founded in 1916, it has been in business for 109 years! The appearance of the bar is also very nice. The food is reasonably priced, but the local food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm even when you bring your children. And, of course, it would not be complete without a glass of Isojiman, a famous sake from Yaizu, Shizuoka. I had only had Isojyuamachi, which is Omachi, but this is Yamadanishiki. I think I prefer the Omachi.
However, it is best to drink it with locally produced, locally consumed, and locally available foods. I must go back again!
